Southern Fried Salmon Patties:

Ingredients :

1 (14 3/4 ounce) canned salmon

1/4 cup onion, finely divided

1/4 cup cornmeal

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

How To Prepare Southern Fried Salmon Patties:

Firstly, open salmon and channel thoroughly. Put drained salmon in blending bowl and chip equally with a fork. Include onion, corn meal, flour, mayonnaise, and egg. Mix until well mixed.

Then, shape the blend into patties about the size of a normal burger or less. Cook in oil in skillet over medium warmth until carmelized on each side. Then Turn it while frying.

Note:

The mayonnaise enables the patties to hold their shape and shields them from being excessively dry.
